How it works

Fewer appointments. Clearer answers.

We built our estimates around a simple idea: you shouldn’t have to take a morning off work just to find out roughly what something costs.

  1. Choose what you need

Pick one service or several. Enter your ZIP and we’ll tell you right away whether you’re in our area.

  2. Answer a few questions

Short, specific questions—stories, surfaces, how far it is around the house. Every question has an “I’m not sure” option, and we never treat a blank as zero.

  3. Add photos

We show you exactly which photos help. You can take them on the spot with your phone camera, retry, or remove any you don’t like.

  4. Review the scope

See everything we’ve gathered in one place and correct anything that’s off before we price it.

  5. See your next step

An estimate range, a firm quote when the project qualifies, or a note that a person will review it. Save it or ask us to follow up—that’s the only time we ask for contact details.

Three honest outcomes

Not every project can be priced remotely, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Instant estimate range

For repeatable work—house washing, driveway cleaning, gutter cleaning, mulch and pine straw, bed cleanups, fence staining—when your measurements and photos give us enough to go on.

Firm quote

A single price, issued only when the scope is fully confirmed—measurements verified, photos clear, and nothing left to guess. A person on our team approves every firm quote.

Reviewed by a person

For drainage, new fences, painting with real prep, and anything we can’t judge well from a photo. We’ll follow up with questions, a price, or a short on-site visit if that’s what it takes to get it right.

About your photos

Your photos are stored privately and used only for your project. Our team sees them when preparing your estimate.

With your permission, we also use an automated tool to check whether photos are clear and show what we need, and to suggest follow-up questions. It can flag a blurry shot or a missing angle; it can’t set your price, approve a quote, or measure your house from a picture. You can say no and still get an estimate—a person will simply review your photos instead.

What we won’t do

  • Publish “starting at” prices that don’t match real jobs.
  • Use your home’s interior square footage to guess its siding, paint, or gutter needs.
  • Ask for your phone number before you’ve seen anything useful.
  • Book or charge you before we open in Spring 2027.
