Painting
Exterior Painting
“It’s time to paint.”
Careful prep, clean lines, and a finish that looks right from the curb and up close.
A good paint job is mostly preparation. We wash, scrape, sand, repair small trouble spots, and protect your landscaping before a drop of paint goes on—and we tell you up front what the prep will involve.

Painting projects are reviewed by a person before pricing. Prep and condition make too much difference to guess from a questionnaire alone.

- 03Trim, doors, and shutters you want painted

Questions about painting
Why not just use my home’s square footage?
Interior square footage doesn’t tell us how much wall there is outside—a two-story home and a ranch with the same footage have very different exteriors. We use wall measurements and your photos instead.
My house was built before 1978. Does that matter?
It can. Older homes may have lead-based paint, which changes how prep has to be done. Let us know the build year and we’ll handle it properly.
