Washing
Pressure & Soft Washing
“The house needs a wash.”
The right pressure for every surface—gentle on siding, thorough on concrete.
Carolina humidity means mildew, pollen, and red clay find every surface. We soft wash siding with low pressure and the right cleaners, and pressure wash concrete where it’s safe to do so—never blasting what should be cleaned gently.

Questions about washing
What’s the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions—right for siding, where high pressure can force water behind the boards. Pressure washing uses higher pressure and is right for concrete and other durable surfaces.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not, as long as we can reach a working outdoor spigot and get through any gates. We’ll confirm the details before your visit.
