Estimates are not contracts

An estimate range is our good-faith calculation based on the information and photos you provide. It is not an offer to perform work at a specific price. Final pricing depends on confirming the scope with you, and we will tell you before any work is scheduled if the price changes.

A firm quote is issued only when a member of our team approves it and is clearly labeled as such, with an expiration date. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement or approval that you accept. [Owner: define firm-quote acceptance, change-order, and cancellation policies.]

Prelaunch

Before we open in Spring 2027, requests submitted through this site are requests for follow-up only. Nothing is booked, scheduled, or charged.
